“Being You is Being Beautiful is the sequel to IGIGI’s original movie, 16, which has caused quite a controversy about what is considered fat in our society since its release in November 2009.
Being You is Being Beautiful was created to spread IGIGI’s mission to transform the world’s view of beauty; change the misperceptions surrounding beauty, break down the barriers that inhibit people from realizing their own beauty, and to celebrate women’s genuine beauty and radiance.
Being You is Being Beautiful is IGIGI’s reminder to the world that beauty is not a matter of a dress size, scale number, age, height or anything else that are held so important in our society.
