Our culture glorifies sweets, no doubt about it. Between sweets, lollipops, sugary soft drinks and chocolate, it’s understandable why our kids love that sweet stuff. As parents, we don’t want to completely deny them sweets, but getting them to eat healthy food can often pose an interesting challenge.
My experience is if you start them young then they usually will eat them but if seems that if you yourself don’t like vegetables and therefore don’t feed them to your children this dislike , even though they have perhaps never tasted them, is past on.
So tell us how you get your little ones to eat their vegetables?
