Miss England Contestants All Under a Size 12!

Posted July 19, 2011 An article by Deborah Arthurs in the Mail Online today states that this evening 64 girls will battle it out at the Miss England finals for the chance to represent their nation in Miss World, which is to be held in the UK for the first time in decades this November and, incredibly, will be watched by an audience of two billion across the globe.
We bring you some of the contestants the bookmakers have tipped for the top… PLUS check back here today at 7pm for live streaming of the Miss England final.
However when you look at the contestants there isn’t one above a size 12 – so why is this?
Chloe Marshall broke into this arena a few years ago and we thought this was the start of things to come but it appears not. You can’t say that there aren’t any beautiful large girls around. On the catwalk at Curvissa’s Autumn/Winter launch there was a range of stunningly beautiful girls who were all at least a size 16.
Being size 6-12 isn’t now the size of the majority of the poulation so why don’t we get a better representation?
