I really don't understand why slim people have to be 'sticks'??! Most slim people are a good healthy size, I am a size 10-12 (with a good size bust!) and I'm slim now because I don't overeat (anymore), I cook lovely healthy meals and I walk everywhere as much as I can. I don't starve myself and I don't have time to exercise every day, I'm just more aware of what and how much I'm eating and that's all thanks to Monica Grenfell and her book '5 days to a flatter stomach'. I did this diet not just because I hated my fat belly but because I don't want diabetes or heart disease in the future. Please, I really wish that overweight people would start thinking about their health - if we're lucky enough to be born healthy then we should all do our best to stay healthy. It's not about constantly dieting and getting as thin as you can - that's not healthy either. It's not Monica who should be ashamed of herself it's the parents who let their kids get fat by feeding them too much rubbish food and ourselves if we don't respect the amazing bodies we were born with!
