		<description>Well done to you both, best of luck with the gym Kirstie, if it&#039;s anything like mine you&#039;ll get a real buzz from going, it&#039;s actually become part of my social network, by the way, Happy Birthday for the other day.

Also well said Robert, totally second that emotion about the person on the inside versus society pressure to look a certain way. I&#039;ve watched a few of these model types on TV and there lies the other end of the weight issue scale as well as a number of people who are so wrapped up in themselves and they have little to no time for anyone else.  Give me caring and sharing any day of the week.

Anyway, great to see you as the new faces, see you around.
