Terms & Conditions

The closing date for this competition:

• 1st Quarter – Wednesday 31st March 2010.
• 2nd Quarter – Wednesday 30th June 2010.
• 3rd Quarter – Thursday 30th September 2010.
• 4th Quarter – Friday 31st December 2010.

There will be 2 winners:-

• Women (aged 18 years & over)
• Men (aged 18 years & over)

All pictures will be judged by an individual adjudicator and two winning pictures will be selected. There will be no other winners of this competition. A reserve winner in the event that the first selected winner does not claim the prize will be selected for both categories.

The winner of each quarter will be awarded £100 of Gift Vouchers from a High Street Store of their choice and become the New Face of the category entered.

The winner has 30 days in which to claim their prize, after which time the prize will be awarded to a reserve winner.

All winners provide authorisation for 100% People to use their winning picture throughout www.100percentpeople.com.

This prize draw is not open to employees of 100% People/Legwork Marketing Services Ltd, their families, any partners running this promotion, suppliers/employees or affiliated companies/employees.

100% People’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be contacted by the telephone number, postal and email address provided on entry.

All entrants must accept these terms and conditions and agree to them when entering this competition.

No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

100% People reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any stage or change the prize for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable.
