Winter sun and choosing your plus size swimsuit
Friday, October 30th, 2009If you are lucky enough to be getting some winter sunshine this year then I am thinking of you! Mainly because I too would like to escape the cold winter months but I was thinking ‘okay so how am I going to get hold of a new swimsuit at this time of year?’
I find swim wear a real difficulty and I am always searching for advice before I try to find the retailer with the right size. Swimsuits, like any garment, can make you feel fabulous or far from it if you get it wrong. So I had a look for videos to help me get the right shape and thought I would share this one with you.
This is an American retailer but I am sure the advice can be taken wherever you decide to shop. If anyone has any advice videos then please share them with the group. The retailer is Swim suits for all. Here’s the vid!

So, we all know that woman who loves her body. She’s confident. She can’t wait for those steamy, hot days of summer so she can break out her bikini and confidently strut her stuff on the beach and by the pool. But the truth is, we probably all know the same woman!!! LOL! Why? Because there are so few women who fit that description, and most certainly she is not plus size!
100% People have conducted a survey in which 848 women were questioned about swimwear and how it makes them feel.
Deciding what to take, and what not to take on holiday is always a struggle.
Sweaty skin, running make-up, flat hair and sand in places that God never intended to see the light of day are all usual occurrences when on holiday.
We all know that having a tan makes us feel healthier, more confident and for many of us, slimmer than our pastier counterparts.
Life sure is a beach at times right? Good or bad… the summer can throw all sorts at us. Saving for holidays and sunburn may be on your mind. However, worrying about what to wear on the beach is something that may also concern plus-size women.
